Ivanka Babiak is a Ukraine War Amps coordinator for Manitoba, Canada. For instance, Ivanka hosted a special Ukrainian Easter workshop for Plast Ukrainian Youth Association in Winnipeg. During the workshop, she taught Plast scouts how to make Easter Pysanka. Moreover, it was the one unique to the region of Lemkivschyna. And lastly, Ivanka’s family kept that very special tradition alive! Therefore, the Plast children got an opportunity to make a Lemko Pysanka for Easter themselves! Also participants donated funds in order to aid wounded soldiers in Ukraine. As a result, the workshop raised C$104!
